What a little ripper this fire pit is!

We'd like to introduce you to our newest piece of camping gear. This is an Australian made, mini, collapsible flat pack fire pit that we acquired from Adventureco.

At only 8kg in weight and made from 3mm thick Australian mild steel, carrying it to our chosen destination will be no trouble whatsoever! It is super portable and super easy to assemble. Even we can do it! (unlike our portable pop up shower tent!)

To assemble, all you have to do is simply slide all the pieces into their slot and in about 30 seconds VOILA! it's set up ready to use. No tools or bolts required. Super easy!!

We are sure we will put this to good use many a time on our upcoming adventures, especially with winter coming and cold days and nights on the horizon!  

It will be great to cook some toasted marshmallows too! Not to mention a jaffle or two, or even some grilled fish! Getting hungry just thinking about it...

Made in Adelaide, the dimensions of the fire pit model we have here in our photos are 430mm x 430mm x 180mm high. It is made from Australian Mild steel which transfers heat better than stainless steel because it has more pure metal composition.

To care properly for this fire pit wait for it to cool naturally to avoid warping of the steel, which may occur when force cooling with water. A simple hot soapy rinse after use once cool should do the trick. Also avoid scourers and abrasive cleaners.
