Weighing in at under 200 grams this is a perfect kit to select as you can take it with you for so many activities, particulary those where you have limited space to items with you. Some situations you might think about taking this kit with you may include mountain biking, hiking, mountaineering, caving or endurance races, music festivals etc.

It is small enough to pop in a sports bag or even keep one on hand in your handbag. If you need to carry medications with you there is also a personal space section for that too.

If you were to ever need to provide CPR to a family member, friend or stranger for that matter, this kit, along with other select items, contains CPR instructions to support your first aid training.

We highly recommend having this kit on hand if you are a pet owner. We carry one on our travels around Australia as we are registered house sitters and it is great to have handy when we are on a house sitting assignment.
